All-female songwriting camps
In 2023, only 20% of Billboard Top 100 songs were written by women, and just 6.5% of producers were female. Our goal is to help significantly increase these numbers. To make an impact, we partnered with She is the Music to host our first 3-day all-female songwriting camp in Los Angeles. The camp brought together 47 writers, producers, and engineers, who not only created incredible music but also built a strong sense of community and support. Participants received complimentary gift bags, coffee, lunch, drinks, and even a sound bath. We wanted to go above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and appreciated—something that’s all too rare in this industry.
